What is STEEP

Not a tea shop.
A destination.

Every drink at STEEP is cold-brewed for 12–16 hours from single-origin loose leaf, then built into something genuinely worth ordering. Each one is functional — meaning everything in the glass has a reason to be there. Adaptogens, botanicals, herbs sourced for what they do, not how they sound.

Every ingredient earns its place. Recovery, focus, energy, calm — you choose by how you feel, not by what you know about tea.

No hot water. No shortcuts. 12–16 hours of slow extraction produces a cleaner, smoother, more complex base than any espresso-style brew.
